Annie Social has been added to one of mexico’s newer promotions Perros del Mal July 25th event to take place at The Lucha Libre Expo in Mexico City. Stay Tuned on who Annie will be facing.

I just got off the Phone with the new CZW Owner DJ Hyde and we have come to a joint agreement to hold “Acid-Fest: A Tribute to Trent Acid” at the former ECW Arena on Saturday afternoon July 10th with a 2:30pm belltime. Admission will be FREE with a $10 Donation to the Trent Acid Memorial Fund to help his family pay his funeral costs. Seating will be on a first come first serve basis, there will be no GA or Front Row seats. The event will consist of SIX wrestling matches featuring all of Trent’s best friends. One of the matches will be the Trent Acid Battle Royal!

Trent really had a huge personality and an amazing sense of humour, and we will honor those qualities on July 10th at the Arena.
*I am also contacting Trent’s Family about attending so they can accept the donation live in person. Also we are going to induct a very special honorary member to The BackSeat Boyz on this special afternoon.

It is with a heavy heart that I post today that Trent Acid has passed away. Trent has had a great career wrestling in feds such as CZW, ROH, and JAPW. Trent and his long time friend and tag partner Johnny Kashmere merged their talents to make one of the best tag teams on the indies, The Backseat Boys. Annie got her training under Johnny and Trent in PWU and was fourtunate enough to be able to work with him in JAPW. Annie, The Fans, and The Wrestling World Moarns The Passing Of This Amazing Talent.

The Women of Wrestling Podcast returns with another episode filled with hot women, wrestlers, midgets, cripples, dancers and more. Oh, no wait… that’s the Dangerous Women of Wrestling PPV that’s being taped in Philly this Thursday. However, we’ve got a big part of that event on the show though – namely North Killadelphia’s own Annie Social. On this episode we discuss not only her own homecoming on that show, but her career to date – a career that spans WSU, JAPW, SHIMMER and even Carmen Electra’s NWWL.
